Could there be a more perfect Halloween venue than the St. Pancras Autograph Hotel? With its dramatic Victorian features and gothic character, it set the tone for this intimate, candlelit micro wedding in the hotel's Billiard and Exchange rooms. Josie's vision for the room was clear from the start: a long trestled dining table, a sea of candlelight, and a Halloween-inspired tablescape that felt chic, modern, and anything but gimmicky.

We styled the dinner table with deep, textured hydrangea balls, black linens and layers of candlelight - tall glass cylinder candles, tapers, and votives that turned the whole room into a warm, glowing scene. Rich red draping - inspired by the hotels striking walls - added a dramatic backdrop to the dinner, and brought in that deep, classic Halloween red to tie everything together.

Once the main décor was in place, Josie's love of crystals added the perfect personal layer. She shared her own crystal collection for the styling, and even made the place names using flat crystal discs, which guests absolutely adored. And in true Halloween spirit, the couple organised a tarot card reader for the reception - another thoughtful touch that fit the atmosphere beautifully.

The reception also made use of the hotel’s iconic grand staircase (the same staircase from the Spice Girls music video "Wannabe") which added a fun sense of nostalgia and drama to the day. This is where we positioned the cake table, draped in a rich red fabric, creating a striking focal point right on the stairs.

The whole celebration felt dramatic but inviting - exactly the right balance for a Halloween wedding. With the couple’s personal touches, the draping and candlelit styling, we created a dramatic, modern, and unforgettable atmosphere.
