On-the-day Stationery and signage
We offer a full suite of wedding day stationery and signage, from ceremony items like your order of service to reception pieces such as menus, place cards, and table numbers. Our signage includes seating plans, escort cards, welcome signs, bar menus, and drinks signage. Beyond cardstock, we provide bespoke on-the-day touches like matchboxes, coasters, favour tags, napkin printing, and tote bags. If you have a unique idea, we can design a custom piece just for you.

CONSULTATION
Your journey begins with an initial design consultation, where we will explore your vision, style, and inspirations. Every detail matters, from your wedding's colour scheme and textures to your venue aesthetic and decor.
QUOTATION
After your initial discussion, we'll provide a tailored stationery quotation for you. When you are happy to proceed, the design process begins.
DESIGN PROPOSAL
We'll create an initial design proposal, including a carefully curated colour palette, two unique design concepts, visual inspiration, and recommended paper stocks.
CONCEPT REFINEMENT
Once you’ve selected a design route, the next step is to refine the details, adjusting fonts, layouts, and embellishments to bring your vision to life.
PRINTING & PRODUCTION
After refining and finalising your concept, the printing and production begins. Every element is crafted with care, from luxurious letterpress and hot foil printing to elegant hand-tied bows and wax seal embellishments.
DELIVERY
Finally, your wedding stationery is beautifully packaged and delivered carefully to your door, ready to set the perfect tone for an incredible day.
Planning Your Wedding Stationery
We recommend ordering save the dates 10–14 months before your wedding, and wedding invitations 8–10 months before the wedding. This allows ample time for bespoke design, proofing, printing, and luxury finishing, particularly if you’re choosing specialist processes such as hot foil, letterpress, or custom paper stocks.
Because our process is design-led and highly considered, we also allow time for exploration, refinements, and client approvals. We typically recommend finalising wording and guest details 6–8 weeks before printing, ensuring everything is produced and delivered in time for your chosen send date.
Our standard turnaround time is 10–12 weeks, including a minimum of 4 weeks for design and 6 weeks for printing and finishing. This ensures every piece is crafted with care and finished to a luxury standard.
While we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders, these are subject to availability and may incur a rush fee.
Yes, we can create bespoke wedding stationery for multi-day events like wedding weekends. This includes rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and post-wedding brunches. Whether you need welcome notes, itinerary cards, event signage, menus, or place cards, we’ll work with you to understand the flow of your celebration and create luxury, design-led stationery that ties each event together seamlessly.
We recommend sending save the dates 8–12 months before the wedding, particularly for destination weddings or celebrations during peak seasons.
Wedding invitations are ideally sent 5–6 months before the wedding, with RSVPs requested at least 3 months prior. This provides sufficient time to confirm final numbers and proceed smoothly with on-the-day stationery.
